Finally, after a phone call to Starla’s doctor and a trip there (and once I got there making them redo the new paper again) and 3 trips to my doctor today our physicals are complete. Actually all of our paperwork, as far as I can tell, is now done- physicals, financial statements, letters of employment, and the adoption petition. Now all we need to wait on is the things that are out of our control- birth certificates and marriage certificates (and all the stamps and mailing each one of those go through, fingerprints, home study, and the I-171H.
Overall I am very happy with where we are in the paperwork chase- I mean we have only officially been on this since Monday.
I have our 1st homestudy in about an hour- will post and let you know how it goes.
