…when I think of you I wonder what you look like, where you are at, if you are warm, or if you’re even born yet. I pray every single day for you to be safe and to have your needs met. I pray that in your young heart you have comfort knowing that we are coming for you. I pray that your birthmother can come to peace with the difficult decision that she must make. I know not her situation, but I do know that it must be dire for her to let go of someone as precious as you. I pray that she too will have comfort in knowing that we are coming for you, to give you a life full of happiness and that your needs will be met.
You will bring joy to the lives of your mother and me. You are already loved and I already feel the need to protect you. You will be safe with us, just hurry and come home.

Wouldn’t it be amazing if Feb. 12 was her birthdate as you wrote this beautiful letter to her??

I didn’t even think about that when I was writing it, I just felt the need to write her a letter. Starla thinks our daughter will be born on Feb 18. Who knows, maybe she will have been born on Feb 12 and found on Feb 18.
It’s funny how things work sometimes.
