Dinner with friends

Saturday night Starla and I got together with a wonderful couple from our local support group at Texas Roadhouse. We had a great dinner and had a fabulous time visiting with them. We thoroughly enjoyed watching them on their journey to China last year and it was great to hear all the knowledge they had to share with us. They happen to have used the same agency as we are. We look forward to seeing them again.
We have added to our Mikayla collection this weekend- we bought the new DVD “Lady and the Tramp” and a Disney Story book. It is so fun to buy things for her. I think we are going to start focusing on some of the necessities but it will still be fun to buy her things.

Glad you had a nice evening out with friends. We also had dinner w/ friends about to embark on the same journey. One never is never tired about talking ‘China Adoption’. Hope our friends weren’t to bored hearing tale after tale.. and want to do it again some time!

What a coincidence that you would have dinner with a couple that is just starting out and we would have dinner with a couple that just finished the journey
I am positive that your friends were not bored but rather intrigued with your tales and information (I know your friends as a matter of fact)
