It’s in Gods hands

One thing that I have to keep reminding myself in the journey is that God is in control. Our daughter will come home in His time, and He has already choosen our daughter. On some days I read the rumors out there and get down for awhile. The thing that brings me out of being down is knowing that it will happen when God is ready.
One of the true miracles of international adoption, specifically from countries that do not allow Christianity to be practiced, is that we are given the honor and responsibility of introducing our daughter to the Lord and giving her the knowledge and information to allow her to be saved for all eternity. These children would not have the opportunity to learn of His eternal grace. It is sad that those left behind will not have this opportunity. So not only are we giving our child a forever home but we also may be able to have a hand in saving her forever- I could not think of anything better.
Our God is a great God and it never ceases to amaze me the plans he has laid out. Praise Him.

Michael and Starla, It was a year ago Labor Day weekend when we got the news from CCAI about E’beth. When I think back over this past year we are blown away at how fast it has passed. The old saying ‘it seems like yesterday’ is an understatement. I think you both will be saying the same thing a year from now! Watching and waiting w/ you!

Thank you for the encouragment, I still have faith the time will come, just who knows when.
And I do know that time flies, the past 6 months have gone pretty quick.
