Working out

Jeez, working out is hard :) Actually it feels good to be doing something to make the body healthier and to feel better. We have both managed to drop a little bit of weight just in the 2 weeks we have been going to the gym. I feel the cardio getting better and starting to feel a little stonger. I am thinking about taking Tae Kwan Doe classes since the gym we go to offers them as part of our membership. We also signed up for 3 more months (we were on a one month trial). It is hard to motivate to get to the gym after work but I feel ok once I am there.

Here’s to eating healthier and getting in shape:
