So far it looks like referrals this month are going to be through Feb 15th. There is a European agency that has received referrals for the 13th and did not receive referrals for their 17th people. Early thoughts and rumors have the cut off at the 15th though that is yet to be proven. Not as far as I had hoped but it pretty much seals the fact that we won’t get a November referral (hopefully we are still looking at December), this is MUCH needed information right now though because if we don’t receive a November referral then we have to renew our USCIS paperwork- but we really need to start the process in October so at least now we know to roll ahead.
