A rumor on one of the forums is coming from Spain. It says that 2 agencies are reporting:
“China tell us that the Chinese Center for Adoption has allocated until February 28, 2006”

This is VERY good news- lets hope this one plays out. Neither of the 2 “rumor” sites are directly reporting this yet however.

UPDATE:  The Rumor Queen now gives this an R3, good sign. The R ratings go from R1 which means someone has mentioned it but not much to it, to an R5 which is nearly a sure thing. An R3 means there is a good chance of it happening but not sure yet. She does say that there are 2 agencies reporting this so it doesn’t give us any new information but it is good to see an R rating on it.

UPDATE #2: The Spanish RQ now appears to be confirming that “3 business days are included”, which would include the 28th. The 28th cutoff is looking pretty solid, I just don’t really have any idea when they are going to be arriving at agencies yet.
