It appears we have hit Red on the Incoming Referral Advisory System scale. We have more confirmation that the 28th is in, I am pretty sure I can believe that now. Also, referrals are reported as being mailed on Friday and I have already seen 1 referral posted (I think it was from Spain). If our agency receives the referral package today I am not sure if they will call today or tomorrow, they have to translate the information first. Either way, after 3 years we are nearly there!

I will keep things updated as they unfold, because lets be honest, I am not sure how I am going to accomplish any work today.
